The Idlib City Council, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Local Administration and Environment and the United Nations Children's Fund UNICEF, held a dedicated session at the Family Forum in the city as part of ongoing efforts to raise awareness and promote community action in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment and public facilities and continuing volunteer community campaigns

Ahmed Dokhan, head of the Idlib City Council, told SANA that the seminar, which included a number of civil activists, teachers, and doctors in the governorate, comes within the framework of the plan launched by Idlib Governorate which began with the "Cleanliness is Our Responsibility" campaign Multiple community meetings are being held including contributors from various segments and age groups to encourage community participation and spread a culture of public cleanliness

Dokhan pointed out the importance of highlighting these campaigns and their necessity in society to combine everyone's efforts in maintaining the cleanliness of the city and overcoming difficulties emphasizing the spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility in serving the city

This session comes after the "Cleanliness is Our Responsibility" campaign launched by Idlib Governorate last week aiming to raise community awareness about the importance of cleanliness and environmental preservation and to instill a culture of volunteer work with the participation of service departments, residents, and volunteer teams
